Iness E. Kellogg, 104, passed away on July 11, 2018. She is survived by brother, Roy Ellingboe, daughter, Marilyn Martin, sons, Rick Kellogg, Kenneth Kellogg, and David Kellogg, three grandchildren, Scott Martin, Kelly Kellogg, Ken Kellogg and four great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be at 3:00 pm Sunday July 22, 2018 at First Christian Church. Memorial donations may be made to Christian Appalachian Project or First Christian Church Building Fund.
