    Glenn Hagen, age 76, of Northfield died April 19, 2003, at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Cannon Falls, the Rev. Donald Bakken officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Glenn O. Hagen was born Aug. 22, 1926, to George and Inga (Ellerud) Hagen in Faribault. He grew up in Dennison and graduated from Northfield High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1946 to 1948 aboard a repair ship in Japan and China. On May 8, 1949, he married Jean Stechman in Zumbrota. They made their first home in Northfield and then farmed in High Prairie for 12 years, later establishing an Arabian horse farm. Along with farming, he worked for Union 76 delivering fuel. He built and operated the Caravan Motel in Cannon Falls prior to retiring and moving to Northfield in 1987. He was a member of the VFW, Northfield. He enjoyed gardening and landscaping. He is survived by his wife, Jean; two daughters, Mary (David) Anderson of Prior Lake, and Jan (Doug) Rechzigel of Cannon Falls; and two grandchildren, Angela and Justin Rechtizgel. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Helen Ellingson. Memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society for research. Arrangements are with Lundberg Funeral Home, Cannon Falls.
