    Leddene mellom henne og Tord på Hæn er usikre. men det er sikkert at han er oldefaren hennes. Hun og mannen tok Hæn 70/2 på odel fra Sjugurd S Kjerstein. Han ga dem skjøte 22.2.1751, etter at Tørris Knutson Ellingbø, sønnen til Knut Tørrison Hæn, hadde forsøkt å ta gården fra Sjugurd på odel. Han ville nok ikke det, og ga den heller til Marit som beviste bedre odelsrett.

    Marit og Ivar hadde barna: Kari (1751-1821), hun var tjenestejente på Berge i Vang, gift med soldat Eirik Helgesen Berge. De var innerster på Berge Torleiv (1754- ), var i Hole på Ringerike i 1802. Han fikk datteren Marit (1786- ) med Ingebjørg Knutsdtr Møsåker. Tore (1756- ) se ham. Kjersti og Ingrid (1758-død tidlig) Dordi (1760-f1802) og Ingebjørg (1765-f1802).
