  Notes	She and Duane survived Marlin. As Cordelia Trones of Edina, Minnesota, she survived her sister Sylvia, who died in 2011. Trones, Cordelia (Corky) Judith (Kilde) Of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 15, 2016 at age 89. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Duane; her parents, John & Clara Kilde; brothers, Loren & Marlin, and sisters, Dorothy & Sylvia. Survived by her children, Mary Beth Carlson (Kent), Deb Trones Becker (Jack), Julie Riley Trones (Len) and John Trones, as well as her grandchildren (Kimberly, Jody, Lindsay, Noah & Leah) and numerous great-grandchildren. Also survived by sister, Ardith Seaver, and brother, John Kilde. Corky was a devoted, loving mother and wife, and her family always came first. She consistently put others before herself and cheerfully offered a helping hand whenever needed. A nurse by trade, Corky left her work in pediatrics to raise her children, but later returned to the workforce for many years. She received a Southdale Center customer service award as an exemplary employee. Corky came from a large musical family and passed that love of music on to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jesus Christ was the center of Duane & Cordelia's home, where she often beautifully played the piano and sang hymns. Corky was a dedicated member of her church, whether serving in the kitchen, nursery, on the prayer chain, in the choir, in Bible Study groups and in other capacities. She was an amazing cook and baker and especially enjoyed entertaining and hosting dinner parties with close friends and family. Corky and her husband Dewey enjoyed traveling, but also spent much of their time at their cabin on Bay Lake in northern MN. Those who knew Corky knew her to be full of life, laughter, humor, incredible kindness, and always with a lovely and welcoming smile. Corky lived out her deep faith in Christ with integrity and character.
