  Notes	Her last name may be Rystedt. The record of the First Covenant Church are not clear. She joined that church in 1906. The 1910 census says that this was her second marriage but it says that it was his first. An article in the Minneapolis Star on 26 May 1913 mentions a surprise party for the T. C. Petersons, 3756 Elliott Avenue, at which “musical selections were given by Mrs. Al Carlson and Mrs. F. Fogelquist.” Carrie, 63, and Frank, 64, are in the 1920 census, still living in Superior. That Frank is shown as having come to this country in 1880. He is now a tinsmith. Carrie is a 74 year-old widow in the 1930 census living with or next door to Harry and Letita Orthman in Superior. Carrie’s address is 707 Baxter Avenue, the Orthmans are at 709. (See notes for Irene, #524, regarding Mrs. Orthman.) Carrie is shown as having come to the U.S. in 1903. The Superior city directories show Carrie’s address as 1707 Baxter Avenue. In the 1940 census, she lives at 1707 Baxter Avenue in Superior in a house that she owns worth $1600. This is the same house that she lived in in 1935. She is an 89 year-old widow, born in Sweden, with a seventh-grade education. She was first married at age 23 and she had never had children. Harry and Letitia Orthman are Carrie’s next door neighbors at 1709 Baxter Avenue.
