Preceded in death by father, Denzel Sherman Berg and mother, Audrey Kathleen Berg (Carr). Survived by loving wife Sheryl O'Connor, brother Jerry and wife Linda of Winterhaven, Florida, brother Terry and wife Jennifer of Maple Grove, Minnesota, son, Zachary Paul, aunt Audrey Blom, many cousins, nephews and nieces, a wide circle of loving friends and his much-loved pets. Thomas lived life passionately, and left little undone. He will be greatly missed.
