Herman is a collector for a mortgage company. He registered for the World War II draft in 1942. At that time, he and his wife Katherine lived at 3569 S.W. Dakota in Portland, Oregon. Herman worked for the Oregon Shipbuilding Cor. in St. Johns. (This is the same work location as Anton Haugen, #14093, and Hiram Mousseau, #5540.)
