Her baptismal sponsors were Gunhild Anderdatter Ellingbö, Ingeborg Tosten Thune, Knud Iversson Ellingbö, Ole Evensson Ellingbö, and Iver Tostenson Ellingbö.
Living with her unmarried mother and half-sister Ingeborg with Anders Larsson and his wife Gunhild Andersdatter on the Hougen farm in Vang in the 1865 census.
In the 1900 Norwegian census, Randi and Sigri, both unmarried, were living together on a farm referred to as “uden navn Plads uden jord under gaarden Thune nordre.” The two of them were referred to as “aannearbeide, dagarbeider (egne midler).”
In the 1910 Norwegian census, she is living on Thune under 36 under 2 with her half-sister, Gurid Olsdatter Ellingbø (#6216) and Gurid’s son, Eilif Hermansen Ellingbø. Her occupation is “Arbeiderske (hus uten jord) dagarb. med kreaturstel. spinding, husstel.”
