- His birth record shows him as the illegitimate son of the soldat Endre Iverssen Ellingböe and Anne Evensdatter Ellingböe. He represernts the first instand of leirmaal for the mother, the second for the father. His baptismal sponsors were all from the farm Söndre Böe: Welgjer Evensdatter, Anne Trondsdatter, Ole Erichsen, Ole Olsen, and Lars Olsen.
Ole, 34, Anne, 31, Anders, 8, Anne, 4, and Iver, 3, emigrated from Vang in 1864. Ole’s occupation is shown as Shoemaker.
He was Ole Anderson in the 1870 census. He was living in Glenwood Twp, Winneshiek County, Iowa. He and Anne had only the 3 children.
He may have died in Polk County, Minnesota, in 1889.
