  Notes	He registered for the draft on June 5th (5 days before his marriage) in Rosetown, Ramsey County. He gave his address as Merriam Park, St. Paul. He was single and was employed as a stock clerk by the parts department of the Pence Auto Company of Minneapolis. He was described as of medium height and build with gray eyes and brown hair. In the 1920 census, he and “Mamy” live with his parents in Rose Twp, only a little ways away (on the same census page) from Wally Mayer and her younger children. He is a stockman for an auto supplies company. In the 1930 census, the family still lives in Rose Twp. George’s mother and brother live with them. The senior George is a truck driver for a wholesale grocery company. In the 1940 census, he and his family lived with his mother, Cora Loveridge, in Rose Town. George was a musician. According to granddaughter Bonnie: WPA musician. Married Mayme Mayer and had 6 childen 2 daughters and 4 sons. Celebrated golden wedding anniversary in 1968. Died of cancer.
