  Notes	There was another Jorgen Ellingboe born in 1878 (#5092). Living at home in the 1905 census as a farm laborer. In the 1907 Minneapolis city directory, he may be the Geo Ellingboe, laborer, boarding at 514 Cedar Avenue. Single and living at home with his parents in the 1910 census (April 21). He is a carpenter. In that same census (April 26), he may also be the George E. Ellingboe, 32, single, boarding with a family in the city of Benson. That George is a carpenter who works in a furniture store. This George E. Ellingboe had a garage/auto repair shop at the time of the 1918 draft registration and in the 1920 and 1930 censuses and lived in DeGraff, Swift County. He may be the George E. who was a carpenter in Benson in the 1910 census. In the draft registration in Benson, September 12, 1918, he was 41 year-old George E. Ellingboe, born August 17th of (an illegible year). His nearest relative was Latricia Ellingboe. He was described as of medium height and build with blue eyes and light hair. As of August, 1919, he had just competed construction of a garage facility “as his new headquarters for repairing automobiles.” In the 1940 census, George was a widower living in the village of Murdock with Florence, Gertrude, George Jr., and James. George was a laborer doing road construction, probably a WPA job. George died of a heart attack. The informant for his death certificate was Robert Conyers of DeGraff. George was a mechanic.
