He was a member of the Sons of Norway and Frank Heinzel American Legion Post of Sauk Rapids. He was survived by a brother, Arthur, of Lakeville, and a sister, Alice Komorousky, Farmington. Pallbearers were Leonard Dziuk, Orlan Soberg, Charles Hansen Jr., Al Ellingboe, Charles Tanger Sr., and Sam Mahnken.
