  Notes	Judith A. "Judy" Valleskey, age 75, of Viking Villa, Valders, passed away Monday afternoon, August 6, 2012, at her residence. Judy was born August 12, 1936, in Valders, daughter of the late Reuel and Esther (Harvey) Thompson. She was a graduate of Valders High School with the class of 1954. On October 18, 1958, she married Lawrence Valleskey in Santa Barbara, CA. He preceded her in death March 1, 1994. Lawrence and Judy farmed for 30 years in the Collins area. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, and the Collins Homemakers. Judy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, attending their ball games and other activities. She enjoyed her card club, knitting, crocheting, reading, and puzzles. Judy especially enjoyed her monthly lunches with her classmates. Survivors include seven children and their spouses: Gregg and Lynn Valleskey, Collins; Lori and Mike Propson, Valders; Gary Valleskey, Two Rivers, and his children Tyler, Alex and Jared; Guy and Judy Valleskey, Valders, and their children Megan and Ryan; Grant and Melissa Valleskey, Manitowoc, and their children Corrinne, Courtney, Michael and Matthew; Gerald and Kymberly Valleskey, Collins; Geoff and Bridget Valleskey, Manitowoc and their children Valerie and Carter; one brother and sister-in-law: Harvey and Alice Thompson, Ames, IA; two sisters: Joyce Loritz, Valders; Dorothy Nicoloff, Palatine, IL; one sister-in-law: Eileen Krueger, Appleton. Nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law: Lester Loritz, Merlin Krueger, Lyle and Ora Mae Valleskey; and Ethel Alpert.
