In the 1865 Norwegian census, Ingebjørg is shown as 12 years old.
In the 1920 census, she and her husband Tollef live in Franklin Twp, Vernon County, just down the census page from the Albert Ekum family. Tollef and Ingeborg are shown as having come to the U.S. in 1884.
In the 1940 census, as the widow Ingebor Severson, she lives with her sister Anna in Soldiers Grove.
An Ingeborg Severson, b. 1855 but with no death date, is buried in North Kickapoo Lutheran Cemetery, sharing the same gravestone as Tollef Severson, 1857-1936.
