  Notes	Age 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, at her home. She was born in Madison, the daughter of Oswin and Cora (Lee) Braun. On October 19, 1963, she was united in marriage to John Haugen. He preceded her in death on May 18, 2013. Caroline was employed with the State of Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau for many years until her retirement. She was a member of Vermont Lutheran Church, a past member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and a member of the Eastern Star Middleton Melody Chapter #150. Caroline enjoyed making and decorating cakes for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays but she truly treasured the time she spent with her family. In addition to her husband, John, she was preceded in death by her son Peter on April 2, 2000, her parents, and brothers, Marlin(2005), Delbert and Roland Braun.
