There is a servant and a boarder included in the household which also includes a “nephew”, Curl Johnson, 19, born in Minnesota to a man born in Norway and a woman born in Minnesota. His obit (for G.O. Ellestad) notes that he is survived by his wife and two daughters, Amy Grosscup and Geneva Palm, both of Rhinelander, in addition to his two sons, Leonard and Sanford.
