  Notes	Michael Thompson’s Thompson Family Tree In the 1880 census, she was Lena, 8 years old. She lived in Highwood, Montana, at the time of her father’s death in 1904. From her entry in Find A Grave, as contributed by cara: Great Falls Tribune (MT), 21 May 1954 Former Resident of Falls Dies in California Mrs. Caroline Thompson, Longview, Wash., died at the home of her daughter in Lafayette, Calif., where she was visiting. She was born Sept. 13, 1872, at Neenah, Wis. She married Charles Thompson and moved to Fort Benton about 1899. Thompson died in 1918. Mrs. Thompson then moved to Great Falls and lived here until leaving seven years ago to make her home at Longview, Wash., with her daughter, Evelyn Christianson. Survivors beside the son, George, and daughter are a son, Charles Thompson, Highwood, Mont.; daughters, Helen Haines, Lafayette, Calif.; and May Beals, Portland; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
