  Notes	Her birth certificate shows her as child #6. Her birth certificate was amended on November 22, 1966, to add her first and middle names. Not living with her family in the 1920 census. In the 1924 Virginia city directory, which includes Biwabik, she is listed as living at home and working as a clerk, employer not listed. She was listed (although absent) with her family in the 1930 census. She is listed in the 1930 census as a servant in the William Tannenhaus family in Chicago. In the 1940 census, she and Waino and their three children live in Biwabik. He is a plasterer and painter in building construction. He has an eighth-grade education, she has one year of high school. In the 1935, the family lived at a different residence in St. Louis County. Waino was not working in the last week of March, 1940, but he was assigned to “public emergency work.” In the 1956 Wichita city directory, she is Mrs. Myrtle M Lehto, a saleswoman for Hinkels. Also listed is her son, John T, a driver for Southwestern Electric. Both Lehtos reside at 352 Pennsylvania Avenue, apartment 2. Listed in her mother’s obituary as living in Chicago at the time of her mother’s death in 1966. Of Wichita, Kansas, as Myrtle Lehto, at the time of her sister Ruth’s death in 1978. The absence of her husband’s name suggests that she was divorced or a widow at that time. Her obit said that she was a retired Catholic Social Services employee.
