  Notes	In August of 1962 he was arrested for drunk driving. In October,1962, he went to jail for 30 days for allowing a prohibited person to drive and he as fined $100 for aiding and abetting violation of hit-run law. He was arrested for drunk driving in March of 1964. He and Bernice owned a home at 3300 Stevens Avenue for which they were involved in a lawsuit in the late 1970s and early 1980s concerning the noise barriers between their property and I-35W. His obit said that he was survived by a daughter, Mary Voit.
