She is living with her son, Thomas Trontson, age 35, born in Wisconsin, and his family in the town of Amherst, Portage County, Wisconsin. In that census, she had had 4 children, of which 3 were still living. It wouldn’t seem that she could have had a son Thomas, born in Wisconsin in 1865 or so if she was still in Norway for the 1865 census with, apparently, all of her children, none of whom was Thomas.
