Mr. Overby was born here March 13, 1886, and married Sophia Haugen January 25, 1908. The couple farmed here. His wife died last April. He leaves three daughters and three sons, Mrs. Leon (Inga) Willett, Waverly, Iowa; Mrs. Paul (Emma) Baker, Edmunds, N.D.; Mrs. Walter (Clara) Vigesaa, Mesa Arizona; Andrew, Finland, Minnesota, Byron, Carrington, N.D.; Roy 318 20th Street North, Fargo; a foster son Cleon, Bay City, Michigan.
