He is survived by loving wife of 61 years, Arleen; daughter, Kelley; sons, Howie (Lori), William (Collette); 3 grandsons, Eric, Michael and William; step-grandson, Jim; step-granddaughter, Christina; siblings, Jack, Dave, Delores, Joanne, Marge, Geri and Judith; and by many other loving family and friends. Ed was a loving and giving father. He was a master chess player and an original member of the Castle Chess Club. Ed was a WWII veteran and served his country as a medic on a ship during the war. He was a life long member of DAV and the Crystal VFW and worked for the US Postal Service. He was also an avid weight lifter and Vikings and Gopher fan.
