  Notes	A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Monday at Gable & Parkrose Funeral Chapel in Portland for former Vancouver resident Craig Duane Fletcher, who committed suicide Wednesday, Aug. 19, 1998, at his home in Portland. He was 49. Mr. Fletcher was born Aug. 23, 1948, in Vancouver and graduated from Parkrose High School in Portland in 1966. He had worked as a parts manager for Vic Alfonso for the last eight years and for Lyman Slack Chevrolet for 20 years prior to that. Survivors include one son, Ryan, of Portland; one daughter, Sarah Fletcher of Portland; his father, Ken Fletcher of Vancouver; one brother Chris of Vancouver; one sister Susan Fletcher of Washougal; and his former wife, Shirley Fletcher of Portland. Burial will be private in Camas Cemetery.
