  Notes	In the 1940 census, she was living with Andrew and Mary Boe of Ottawa, Illinois. The Boes adopted her after her mother died. Mrs. Olav (Evelyn) Vetrhus, 83, of Canyon Lake, Calif., formerly of Ottawa, died Monday evening, Oct. 9, at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, Calif. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church in Ottawa with Arne Vetrhus, her son, and the Rev. Timothy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa and one hour prior to services Monday at the church. Mrs. Vetrhus was born Feb. 2, 1923, in Waltham Township, to Sam and Anna (Lockrem) Anderson. She was raised by Andrew and Mary (Lockrem) Boe. She married Olav Vetrhus on Dec. 28, 1950, in Ottawa. She attended Shabonna Elementary School in Ottawa, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy in Fergus Falls, Minn., in 1941, and Bible school in Hillcrest. She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mariann Vetrhus of Corona and Karen (Bill) Gillissie of Bradbury, Calif.; and two sons, Arne (Patty) and Steven, both of Salmon, Idaho. She was preceded in death by a brother at birth; one sister, Mary Dittmer; and two brothers, Art and Howard Anderson. Pallbearers will be John Boe, William Gillissie, Mark Hanson, Tony Ledford, Wesley Osthus and Steven Vetrhus.
