She works as a seamstress doing day work. Her father was born in Maine, her mother in West something. Census illegible. In the 1910 censuses, it seems to be “West Indies” as it does for her brothers in the 1900 census. But for Lila in the 1900 census, the indication for her mother is “India.” Reported in the 1900 census has having had 2 children, zero still living. Reported in the 1910 census that she had had 3 children, only one still living. She was a member of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union.
