      Jim’s notes:

Han hadde to brødre.

Mate Translate provides this translation of the above:
Erich was the son of the rich merchant Johannes Ancher in Bragenes and the widow Marie Sæd who was the top of the Bragenessietiet. He had two brothers. Erich's grandfather came from a Swedish nobility to Christiania but did not approve of the nobility in Denmark / Norway by Fredrik V. The anchoring family eventually became the richest in Eastern Norway. Erich's two brothers Nils and Peter were good businessmen. It was Nils who got Erich an office as the chapel in Vang, after Erich had dismissed all the opportunities for a quick clerical career. He came to Vang in 1761 and soon became engaged to vicar Castberg's daughter Elisabeth. But when the young new priestly wife Dorothea came to the farm, a relationship developed between them. When Castberg died, Dorothea stayed in the vicarage, if she was required to move to the Kvam widow. At a fair at Fillefjell in 1770, where Dorothea joined the priest, Elisabeth raised her engagement and went to her guardian, the leader Leanger in Aremark. There she died after Saying of love caring, or was it shameful? Erich and Dorothea were still not married. It is said that Dorothea wanted a better married, there were many scandals about this. The priesthood would have ended the sin of the Vang's priesthood. Erich was therefore suspended several times. To secure, Dorothea rented Tune south of Ola T Ellingbø. In 1773 Dorothea became pregnant. She wanted a large wedding with the families to reconcile them and therefore waited until after the birth of the wedding. This led Erich to be deported. The whole village made sure. In 1777 he went to Copenhagen along with the boy Øyvind to get a pardon. He finally got it, but died soon after. Rumor had it that Øyvind had killed him on orders from Madame, but he died a natural death in Copenhagen in 1777. Then Madam Ancher bought the farm with the help of his brother-in-law Niels Anker and made it a guesthouse. Lensmann Edsvold tried to get the clergyman saved, but Madam Anker had to keep it. She eventually wrote the name with K. Han and Dorothea also had his son Jan (Johan) (1773-1846) who married Anna Sebilla Theresia Brouwer. They moved to Amsterdam and called themselves Bouwer-Ancher. They became very wealthy and their descendants emigrated to New Jersey in the United States.
