  Notes	There are two opinions on who her parents were, both expressed in the Vang A bygdebok. The records in Digitalarkivet purport to include Ingrid’s birth in 1758. However, they are not legible or comprehensible to any but the most experienced researcher. 1) Shown here: Jim’s VS calls her Ingrid Vilhjølmsdtr Ellingbø (1758-1780) and says that her parents were Vilhjølm Andrisson Baggetun (1720-1787) and Guri Torleivsdatter Møsåker (1728-1763). This is consistent with p. 594 of the bygdebok. It is also consistent with Guri’s mother being named Ingrid. Jim’s notes on her in VS: Frøholm har to sett foreldre på henne, men det mest sansynlige er at dette er de riktige foreldrene. Men han har ført henne opp som datter til Vilhjølm Jonsen Baggetun og Velgjerd Jonsdtr Ellingbø også (se Frøhom side 611) I Kirkeboka står det at hun bodde på Baggetun da hun døde. 2) As suggested in the notes above, the Vang A bygdebok also says, on p. 611, that her parents were Vilhjølm Jonsen Baggetun (1736-1768) and Velgjerd Jonsdatter Ellingbø (1732-1805). THIS ALTERNATIVE IS SHOWN AS 11081 AND 11085. Jim’s Ellingboe tree is silent on her parents.
