In the 1958 Silver Springs, Maryland, city directory, she was an employee of the Department of HE&W. Her obit: Pearl Harriet Erickson of Waldorf, MD (formerly of Bethesda, MD) died on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home in Charlotte Hall, MD. She was 91 years old. Mrs. Erickson was a retired stenographer with the National Institute of Health and a member of North Bethesda Methodist Church. She loved to paint, garden, and shop. She loved her dogs and cats and her present dog, “Gigi.” Daughter of the late Harry Reynoldson and the late Augusta Johnson Reynoldson. Predeceased by her parents and her late husband, Vernal Erickson. Survived by one son, Jeffrey Vern (Karen) Erickson of FL and one daughter, Jan Vernene (Rene) Apel of Waldorf, MD. Funeral Service and Interment: Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 9AM at Arlington National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hughesville Volunteer Fire and EMS Department, Inc.
