  Notes	A Maud Lewis died on April 2, 1913, in Hennepin County. There was a Maud Chamberlain living in Wells Township, Rice County, in the 1900 census. She was gone by 1910, however. Beulah’s death certificate, for which Beulah’s daughter Shannon was the informant, calls Beulah’s mother Ida Maude Chamberlin.
