  Notes	Donna Faye Lundmark, longtime teacher in the Minneapolis school system died at Providence Place on May 28, 2006, from complications of Lupus. She was born on April 21, 1930, in St. Croix Falls, to Austin and Betty (Volgren) Lundmark of Balsam Lake. She spent all of her childhood there and then attended Superior State Teachers College (now U of W Superior) earning a BS degree in elementary education in 1951. She taught in Manitowoc and Long Beach, Calif., before returning to the Midwest and, for 44 years, taught at various schools in the Minneapolis school system. She retired from Kenwood Elementary in 1998. She is survived by her sister, Mona (Roger) Ophus of Fergus Falls, Minn.; brother, Bryon (Ann) Lundmark of Plains, Mont.; brother, Bruce (Cindy) Lundmark of Amery; and six nephews and nieces, Kurt Ophus, Tia (Ophus) Scarce, Terry (Lundmark) Anderson, Eric Lundmark, Jeff Lundmark, and Janelle Lundmark. Graveside services will be held at the Balsam Lake cemetery on July 14.
