Kennedy, 74, retired Mandan resturant operator, died Sunday night at a Mandan hospital, where he had been a patient for the past six days. Born July 1, 1867, at Wabasha, Minn., to Mr and Mrs. Owen Kennedy, he came to Mandan in 1881 and has made his home here since that time. Death was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage. Survivors include three brothers, J. A. of Billings, Mont., H. O. at Helena, Mont., and P. J. at Kentfield, Calif., and a nephew M. J. Tobin of Mandan. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday from St Joseph's Catholic church. The body will lie in state at the Kennelly Funeral chapel until the hour of the funeral.
