At the time of the 1900 Swedish Census, he and his family were residing in Blia, in the parish of Ransäters annex, in the county of Värmland. Anders’s occupation is inhyses, probably meaning tenant farmer. Elaine’s notes of what Mabel told her in the 1980s suggest that one of Johan’s descendants, a Heldine Wallbäck was living at Basungatan 28, 42140 Vastra Frölunda, Göteburg.
