  Notes	He may be the Harold Berg Kildahl who attended the St. Olaf Academy from 1888 to 1892 and St. Olaf College from 1892 to 1895, graduating from both institutions. He was a member of Trønderlag of America in 1910. This was (and still is) the bygdelag for emigrants and their descendants from the Trøndelag region of Norway. Rev. Harald B. Kildahl, of 729 W. Wrigletwood in Chicago and from Namdalseidet, was listed in the Trønderlaget’s 1910 yearbook. In that yearbook, Rev. Harald is shown as having emigrated to the U.S. in 1866. Rev. Harold B. Kildahl, b. ca 1865 in Norway, lived with his family in Chicago in the 1910 census. Harold B. and his family (including Jr.) live in Minneapolis in the 1920 and 1930 censuses where the older Harold is a clergyman. In the 1920 census, Harold is a clergyman for the “Board of Charities.” In the 1920 and 1930 censuses, Harold and family live at 3336 Longfellow in south Minneapolis. His usual residence at death was 2330 Hendon Avenue, St. Paul. He was a pastor, with a Doctor of Divinity degree, in the Lutheran church. He died of cerebral thrombosis, arterial sclerosis, and senility. The informant for his death certificate was Mrs. Nicoline C. Allen of 11038 27th Avenue NE in Seattle. Harold Berg Kildahl, supposedly the son of John and Bertha, died 4 Oct 1945 in Hennepin County. He is buried in Oaklawn Cemetery in Northfield (Section L) “with Johan Nathan Kildahl.” That Harold is shown as “D.D.” in the Minnesota death index (1945-MN-022136).
