The children are Caroline A, 9, Jessie, 6, Corrina, 3, and Hellen D, 2. Caroline was born in North Dakota, the other children in Minnesota. In the 1900 census, there was a Robert Ross, 39 and married, who was a prisoner living with the sheriff in Wabasha next door to the Dunns. A Robert Ross died in Pine County, Minnesota, on 12 Apr 1910 (1910-MN-009950).
