The California death record shows his birth date as October 23, 1906, as does the SSDI. Roseau birth and baptism records for the Hvidso Bethania Lutheran Church also show his birth as 23 Oct 1906 and his baptism as 2 Dec. There seems to be an error in the recorded birth certificate which shows his birth as 23 Feb 1907 (#1907-22832).
