He was born Oct. 8, 1949 to Norm and Kitty Sween and graduated from Grand Meadow High School in 1967. He continued his education at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 1972. From a young age Paul loved horses and often worked in careers involving animals. He had lived and worked in Florida, Minnesota and Arizona. In addition to his many friends he is survived by his parents, Norm and Kitty Sween of Grand Meadow; brothers, Dan (Carolyn) Sween of Grand Meadow and Doug (Joan) Sween of Rochester; a sister Cindy (Doug) Ofstedal of Tokyo, Japan/Harmony, Minn. He is also survived by three nephews, Patrick, Charlie, and Brit; and three nieces, Sarah, Adrienne and Sheldyn.
