  Notes	Hamilton Edward 'Tony' Spear October 1, 1952 - March 29, 2017 Tony Spear, age 64 of Portland, passed away peacefully March 29, 2017 with his daughters, son-in-law and sister-in-law by his side. Born Hamilton Edward Spear October 1, 1952, Tony attended Ainsworth Grade School, Lincoln High School and graduated from Oregon State University in 1974. Tony married Marilyn Carter October 4, 1975, a year that also marked the beginning of Tony's illustrious career at Este's Men's Clothing. In 1988 Tony purchased the store, continuing the legacy of this Portland institution for nearly 65 years. With Tony's passing, Este's has also been laid to rest. Tony was preceded in death by his lovely bride, following her valiant battle with breast cancer that ended June 4, 2016. Tony is survived by his two daughters, Emily Dille (Aaron) and Kelsey Williams (Tyler); and four grandchildren, Carter, Colby, Jackson and Brooklyn.
