He was a member of Trønderlag of America in 1910. This was (and still is) the bygdelag for emigrants and their descendants from the Trøndelag region of Norway. Rev. Harald B. Kildahl, of 729 W. Wrigletwood in Chicago and from Namdalseidet, was listed in the Trønderlaget’s 1910 yearbook. In that yearbook, Rev. Harald is shown as having emigrated to the U.S. in 1866.

Harold B. and his family (including Jr.) live in Minneapolis in the 1920 and 1930 censuses where the older Harold is a clergyman. In the 1920 census, Harold is a clergyman for the “Board of Charities.” In the 1920 and 1930 censuses, Harold and family live at 3336 Longfellow in south Minneapolis.
His usual residence at death was 2330 Hendon Avenue, St. Paul. He was a pastor, with a Doctor of Divinity degree, in the Lutheran church. He died of cerebral thrombosis, arterial sclerosis, and senility. The informant for his death certificate was Mrs. Nicoline C. Allen of 11038 27th Avenue NE in Seattle.
