Based on a DNA test of her grandson (that grandson shows as a shared match with a descendant of Olianna’s brother Theodor), one of Alma’s parents must be related to Olianna. Hans Wold was from Verdal.

Shown as a high school student in the 1910 census.

In the 1911 Fergus Falls city directory, she still lived at home with her mother and step-father but she was employed as a teacher.

In the Duluth 1914 city directory, she may have been the Alma Wold who was a student at the Duluth Business University and boarded at 132 S 28th Av E.

In the 1915 Duluth directory, there was an Alma O Wold who was a clerk for the Duluth and Iron Range Railroad. She boarded at 1213 E Superior.

In the 1916 Duluth directory, Alma O Wold, still a clerk for the D&IRRR boarded at 1509 E Superior.

Conspicuously not mentioned in her brother’s obituary.
