Vang B, p. 501 calls her Marith Øysteinsdatter Berge (Bunde?). She was Endre Knutsson’s second wife. The shoemaker Knut Knutson Beito was her second husband. According to the bygdebok, she and Knut and her daughter (with Endre) Åste were on Øydegardé 87 in the 1865 census.
In that 1865 census, she is Marith Østendatter, age 44, wife of Knuth Knuthsson, shoemaker, age 29, born in Slidre. Aaste, age 15, is living with her and Knuth. The live on Ødegaarden 105a, a farm for which the gbr is Thosten Larsson.
Given the birth date of 1822, she then seems to be the Marith born to Østen G*sen Berge and Anne somebody, maybe Eriksdatter. The father’s patronymic may be Gerund, Gunder, Germund, Gudmund, etc. (The original church book record is close to illegible.) Among her baptismal sponsors are a Qvien, and a Berge.
The best match, therefore, for what we think we know about Marith’s parents is Øystein Gunnarsson Øydegarden (1777-1847) and his wife Anne Eiriksdatter N. Kjøs (1784-1824). This couple is in Vang C, p. 252. However, that bygdebok does not mention a daughter Marith born in 1822. Nevertheless, that will be what’s assumed here, principally because one of Anne Endresdatter’s baptismal sponsors was Anne Østensdatter Lokreim which we know to be a daughter of Øystein G. and Anne E. | Marith Østensdatter (I29288)

Ola sold his farm to Tomas Ivarsson Høludn in 1865 and gave him a deed 7 Mar 1865 for 350 spd and animals.
