Alice is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Darrell) Seeley; son, Gregory Schmitz; cousins, Bonnie Benson (nee Ellingboe), Jack Ellingboe, Sharon Nevens (nee Reardon), Susan Reardon, Bjorn Skore; and many other cousins in Norway. She was the loving grandmother of Joanne and Erik Odden, Pamela Johnson and grandmother of Anders and Annika Odden and Carter and Sophia Johnson. Alice was an employee of the Minneapolis Public Schools, secretary at the Inspector of Naval Materials at Northern Pump. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Lester and parents Gullick and Mary (nee Ellingboe) Bakken. Funeral services for Alice will be on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Christ the King Church in Delafield, WI at 12:00 p.m. Visitation for family and friends will be at the church from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
