Bellingham, Washington - Joyce passed away peacefully at the age of 78, September 20th after a long illness. She joins Jerry, her high school sweetheart and husband of 61 years who preceded her in death.

She and her twin sister Judy were born in Seattle, Washington to Edmund and Margaret Ellingboe. She and her siblings; Judy Giebel, Michael Ellingboe, and Jane Case (Bill) spent their wonderful childhoods between beautiful Newhalem and Gooseberry Point.

Joyce loved to sew, bake, and spend time raising her 4 children on their property in Custer. She was also known as the sweet Hallmark lady where she retired after over 30 years. She was compassionate, caring, and would do anything for anyone. Joyce and Jerry also enjoyed annual reunions with their Concrete classmates and lifelong friends.

Joyce is survived by her daughters Tracy Crank (Vern), Heidi Summers (Greg), Becky Stack (Rob), and son Chris Williams (Dionne); Grandchildren Willa Crank, Corey and Blake Williams; Great-Granddaughter Piper Williams; 5 step-grandchildren and brother-in-law Rick Williams.
