In the 1930 census, Edward H and Agnes Krueger of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, have a daughter Lorraine A, age 15, and a son Ralph E, age 13. Edward and Agnes were married 12 years earlier. Lorraine is the Kruegers’ adopted daughter, the biological daughter of Agnes Krueger’s cousin Ella. In the 1920 census, Edward and Agnes have only the son Ralph E.
Lorraine is not living with the Kruegers in the 1940 census.

Passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at St. Mary's of Michigan, age 99 years.
Lorraine was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin September 16, 1914 the daughter of the late Frank and Ella (Dryer) Berger. She married Herbert Brocks May 19, 1951. They enjoyed 56 years of marriage until his death July 21, 2007.
Lorraine was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Minocqua, Wisconsin since 1951. She was a member of the Ladies Guild and a former member of the church choir and also taught Sunday school.
Lorraine is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ellen (Ron) Sieggreen; four grandchildren and their spouses, Ronald (Stephanie) Sieggreen, Sarah (Cory) Sulfridge, Karla (Richard) Ochoa and Randall Sieggreen; seven great-grandchildren, Alexa and Augustyna Sieggreen; Lydia and Evelyn Sulfridge; Brock, Ricky and Christian Ochoa.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 22, 2013 at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, 4705 Brockway, Saginaw. Rev. Daniel P. Garbow will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at church Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to Trinity Lutheran Church in Minocqua, Wisconsin or St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, 4705 Brockway, Saginaw, MI 48603.
