She was Mrs. Patricia Butler of Vandenburg Air Force Base in California at the time of William Ellingboe’s death in 1961.

She died as the 22 year-old Fannie Allen Simpson, daughter of Samuel Simpson and Libby Christy. At her death she had no occupation and lived at the home of her mother, “Mrs. Simpson Warren,” of 1515 3rd Avenue South in Minneapolis. She died from double lobar pneumonia.

However, at the time of Ida’s marriage to Abraham Thal on April 18, 1915, she was claimed to be a resident of Klickitat County. Abraham was claimed to be a resident of Nelson County, North Dakota.

The witnesses to her marriage to Abraham were her sister Alma and Alma’s husband.
