1441 Although she was married to Sjugurd Eivindson from 1823 until, presumably, his death in 1851, and had several children with him throughout this period, she also found time to have a child, Ingrid Endresdatter, in 1836 with Endre Jonsen Nefstad. LAJORD, Ingrid Torsteinsdatter (I23990)

1442 Although some accounts say she died of cancer, her death certificate says that she died of kidney failure due to mercury poisoning: an accidental ingestion “details not determined.” TENNEY, Terry Lynn (I31926)

1443 Although some sources refer to him as Gilford or Gilfred, he was baptized and was buried as Gilly.

In the 1930 census, he and his wife, Anna, and their daughter Violet lived in Logan, Wisconsin, in Winnebago County. Also in the household was Gilly’s brother Emil. Gilly was a farmer.

His obit said that he moved to Indiana in 1935.
KVALE, Gilly (I29684)

1444 Although the 1910 census showed her as having had one child, one child still living, there was no child listed with the household.

In the 1940 census (for which Ancestry has her indexed as Jerwin Dab), she and her daughter Rose and son Roy live in Minneapolis at 2826 11th Avenue in a house she owns, the same house in which they all had lived in 1935. Jennie works in a bakery. Rose is a stenographer, Roy also works in a bakery.
JOHNSON, Jennie Elenora (I27106)

1445 Although the article on their wedding in the Wilmington newspaper said that her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Joachim Schoene, she is referred to as Jutta Blomstrom. Jutta was a native of Germany and graduated from the School of Fashion and Design in Berlin. At the time of her marriage, she was employed in Boston.

Her first husband was Blomstrom. The announcement of her marriage to Richard Ellingboe referred to her as Mrs. Jutta Blomstrom.
SCHOENE, Jutta (I11934)

1446 Although the bride is shown as age 16 in the church book, she was actually 15. Both were of the Veblen farm. Family: Torstein Torsteinsen KJØS / Marit Knutsdatter VEFLEN (F19034)

1447 Although the bygdebok gives a birth date of 1729 for the Knut who had children, it is more likely that the Knud born in 1729 died at an early age and that the Knud born in 1733 was the one who survived to have children. That is what is assumed here. It would be consistent with the naming convention: the second Knut was a “replacement” for, and took the name of, the older dead sibling. SKATTEBOE, Knud Tollefsen (I3462)

1448 although this date seems to be incorrect, it has at least two sources, one of which is MOMS Family: Edward Conrad LOOS / Evelyn Lucille ELLINGBOE (F1960)

1449 Although Vang C suggests she was born in Slidre, she is the daughter of Torgeir Reiarsson of Jøvne 88/. (Vang B, p. 538) JØVNE, Gjertrud Torgeirsdatter (I28195)

1450 Alton Hougen, 62, of Rt. 2, Reedsville, died Friday morning at his residence.
