Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in St. Johns Lutheran Church, Northfield. Burial will be in Vang Lutheran Cemetery, rural Dundas. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday in Benson Funeral Home, Northfield.

He was born July 1947 in Northfield to Carl and Mildred (Johnson) Lockrem. He married Sue Kelsey in 1969 in First English Lutheran Church, Faribault. Survivors include a daughter, Dawn Lockner of Faribault; mother, Mildred Harkness of Owatonna; sister, Mrs. Merle (Lucy) Wefel of Dundas; three brothers, Gary of Faribault, Ronald of St. Paul, Marvin of Dundas.

Loe, Conrad S. Age 90 of West St. Paul. Preceded in death by parents, Gilbert & Josepha Loe and siblings, Harold, Irvin, Kenneth, Donald and Bernice. Survived by wife of 64 years, Lorraine; daughters, Sandi (Tom) Karnowski and Deb (Steve) Mangen; grandchildren, Chad (Tanya) Karnowski, Jeffrey Mangen, Mia Karnowski and James Mangen; great-grandchildren, Sammi Barland and Liev Karnowski; siblings, Gladys Clark and Lloyd (Arline) Loe and numerous nieces & nephews. Connie was former Commander of the American Legion Challenger Post 521, a 25 year volunteer with the Red Cross and longtime volunteer at Saint James Lutheran Church. Lois E Mougin, 85 of Altoona Nursing and Rehab returned to the Heavenly Father on May 12th, 2014.

Lois was born on September 8th, 1928 to Arthur and Agnes (Ficker) Hasbrook in Fessenden, North Dakota. She graduated from Drake, North Dakota. Lois worked at Swifts, various restaurants ( as well as owning her own ) and cashier and managed a hotel in Texas. She enjoyed sewing for her children and crafting. She also enjoyed country music especially attending the Grand Ole Opry, cooking, babies and garage sales.

Lois married Thomas B. Kjos on June 6th, 1948 in New Rockford, North Dakota. Together they had 9 children. Following her divorce from Thomas she married Richard T. Mougin.

She is survived by her 8 children: Ordell Kjos Omaha, NE, Craig (Robin) Kjos Fargo, ND, Norris (Becky) Kjos New Rockford, ND Sandi (Lynn) Olund Fargo, ND, Cyndi Borah Detriot Lakes, MN, Candice (Ron) Jarret Newhall, IA, Pamela Preminger, Des Moines, IA and Jeanine Baker Des Moines, IA, sister Delores (Hasbrook) Azure Mahnomen, MN, 22 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren. Lois is proceeded in death by her parents, brother Lyle and Duane Hasbrook, daughter Renee Lynette Kjos, both Husbands and grandson Kris Kjos and Kory Baker.
