    Anna's first husband drowned in Norway and they had 3 children by that marriage. Olaf Olstad, Axel Olstad, and Magnhilda Olstad. These children were brought by Anna into the marriage with Iver Watterud after his wife Lise Sogn died at the age of 48. Iver and Lise had 9 children of their own before Lise Sogn died.

    Iver and Anna’s marriage produced 2 children: Lillian Myrtle and Alice Viola.
