From FInd A Grave. It’s speculation that Waldo was a son of Frank. However, all of the Lentons in Norwich Cemetery are connected to Frank C.

In the 1900 census, he is single and living with his parents, Ezra and Mary Lenton in High Forest Twp, Olmsted County.

In the 1905 state census, Frank and Wilhelmina were living in High Forest Twp, Olmsted County, Minnesota, with their 1 year-old daughter. Frank was a farmer.

In the 1910 census, Frank and Minnie and their 3 children live in Ward County, North Dakota (Surrey Twp or McKinley Twp). Frank is a farmer and he owns his farm, free of mortgage.

In the 1920 census, Frank is married to Hazel in Surrey Twp, Ward County, North Dakota. Living with them are seven children, apparently none born to Hazel because all are shown as having both parents born in Minnesota.

In the 1930 census, Frank and Hazel live in Sundre Twp in Ward County, North Dakota, with all six of their younger children. In that census, it’s clear that the youngest four were Hazel’s (i.e., born in North Dakota).

In the 1940 census, Frank and Hazel live in Surrey Twp, Ward County. None of the children still live at home so they have two hired hands living with them on their farm.

Frank married Hazel Ruth about 1912. Hazel was born on 8 Sep 1891 in North Dakota; died on 20 May 1978; was buried in Norwich Cemetery, Norwich, McHenry County, North Dakota. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
