  Notes	In a 1913 land ownership atlas of Wang Twp in Renville County, “T. T. Ellingboe” owned two separate parcels in or near the village or community of New Lisbon. It’s likely that both parcels were owned by Tom. The two parcels were separated by an 80 acre parcel owned by his mother, Annie Ellingboe. Tom’s two parcels were: 1) a 120 acre parcel made up of the southern half of the southeast quarter-section and the southwestern quarter of the southeastern quarter of Section 4, and 2) the southern half of the northeast quarter-section of Section 9. Registered for the draft on September 12, 1918, in Olivia as Thrond T. Ellingboe of Route #1, Maynard. He was born January 13, 1886, and he was a farmer. His nearest relative is listed as Mrs. Emily Ellingboe of Route #1, Maynard. He is described as of medium height and build with blue eyes and dark hair. In the 1920 census, he and Emily live next to the farm(s) of his uncle A. T. Ellingboe and cousins Endre and Iver. In the 1940 census, Thrond and Emily and their four children lived on a farm in Wang Twp. This was the same house in which they all had lived five years earlier. Thrond owned the house and it was worth $2500. Thrond had a sixth-grade education, Emily had an eighth-grade education. In the 1950 census, he, as Tom T., and Emily live in Wang Twp. Arleen, Ellsworth, and Marvin are still living at home. Tom is no longer farming. Next door is Walter G Ellingboe and family.
