In the 1905 state census, Frank and Wilhelmina were living in High Forest Twp, Olmsted County, Minnesota, with their 1 year-old daughter. Frank was a farmer. In the 1910 census, Frank and Minnie and their 3 children live in Ward County, North Dakota (Surrey Twp or McKinley Twp). Frank is a farmer and he owns his farm, free of mortgage. In the 1920 census, Frank is married to Hazel in Surrey Twp, Ward County, North Dakota. Living with them are seven children, apparently none born to Hazel because all are shown as having both parents born in Minnesota.
